Semperity is a youth sports team management platform operated by ClearlyHeard LLC ("we," "us"). This policy describes what information we handle and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Team & contact information a coach enters: player names, family contact details (names, phone numbers, email addresses), schedules, and attendance.
- Coaching content a coach creates: coaching notes and observations, practice plans, and team communications.
- SMS consent records: the phone number, when consent was recorded, and an attestation of the family's agreement to receive urgent team texts.
How we use it
- To operate the platform's coaching and team-management features.
- To deliver team communications a coach explicitly sends (email, and urgent SMS for consented phone numbers only).
- To let families view what their team's coach has chosen to share with them.
What we don't do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers required to operate the platform (e.g. message delivery). We do not use your information for third-party marketing. Coaching notes are private to the coach unless the coach explicitly approves sharing a family-safe version with that family.
Text messages (SMS)
SMS is used only for urgent team notifications, only to phone numbers with recorded consent. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See the SMS Program Description.
No mobile opt-in data or SMS consent information is ever shared with, or sold to, any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are used solely to deliver the team notifications described above, excluding only the messaging carriers and delivery providers required to transmit the messages.
Children's information
Player information is entered and controlled by the team's coach for legitimate team management. We collect it only for that purpose, and families may ask their coach to correct or remove it at any time.
Data retention & deletion
Information is retained while the team uses Semperity. Coaches can remove players, contacts, and notes; removal requests can also be sent to us directly.
