The service
Semperity is a youth sports team management platform: scheduling, team communication, and coaching tools. It is operated by ClearlyHeard LLC.
Coach responsibilities
- Coaches enter team and family contact information only for legitimate team management, with the knowledge of the families involved.
- Coaches record a family's consent before that family's phone number receives any SMS from the platform.
- Coaches are responsible for the content of communications they send.
Text messages — SMS Program Terms
Program name: Semperity team alerts.
Description: urgent, time-sensitive team notifications only — practice or game cancellations, weather delays, and schedule or field changes — sent to parents/guardians who have given recorded consent.
Message frequency: low — typically 0–5 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact support at our support email.

Acceptable use
The platform may not be used for marketing to families, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
