Semperity — for youth sports teams

Team communication and player feedback, built for real youth coaches.

Capture quick coaching notes during practice, send updates families actually see, and turn a season of moments into personalized player evaluations — in seconds, not evenings.

Ten seconds can preserve a season.

2The problem

A coach notices hundreds of small things about each player every season.

Who finally plays head-up. Who needs a quiet word. Who is starting to understand pressure. Most of it disappears — it stays in the coach’s head, gets scattered across texts, or is forgotten by the time evaluations are due. The family never sees the full story, and the next coach starts from zero.

3How it works

Tap. Say what you saw. Move on.

One tap on the mic during practice or after a game. Semperity helps file the note to the right player — and when it is not sure, it asks instead of guessing. Nothing reaches a family until the coach approves it.

Capture · Coach

During practice, the coach just talks.

One tap on the mic, a sentence out loud, done. No forms, no typing, no stopping the session to write anything down.

It organizes itself · Coach

Every note finds the right player.

Semperity files each thought to the player it’s about. When a note is too vague to be sure — “great energy from the back group” — it doesn’t guess. It waits for one tap from the coach, so nothing ever lands on the wrong kid’s record.

Coach view — the coach decides; the system never assigns a name it isn’t sure of.

Weekly Reflection · Coach

A few moments noticed become a real Player Story.

In the Weekly Reflection, Semperity shows the patterns forming across recent notes — with the raw trail underneath, in the coach’s own words — so the next practice starts from what actually happened.

The handoff · Coach approves

The coach approves every word.

Semperity drafts a warm, specific update from the season’s moments — no jargon, no raw notes. The coach reads it, and sends with one tap. Raw notes stay private forever; the family gets the story.

4For coaches

Less admin.

Schedule, RSVPs, announcements, and family contacts in one place — not a group chat plus a spreadsheet plus your Notes app.

A memory that keeps up.

Every observation is kept, organized by player, in the coach’s own words.

Evaluations in minutes, not weekends.

When it is time for player feedback, the season’s evidence is already assembled — the coach reviews and approves instead of reconstructing from memory.

The everyday backbone · Coach

One place for the whole team.

Schedule, announcements, who’s coming — the stuff a coach usually spreads across a group chat, a calendar app, and a notes file, all on one home screen.

5For families

Families get clearer updates and more personal feedback — without adding work for the coach. They see approved communication, calendar information, and family-safe player feedback drawn from real moments. Never raw coach notes.

Meet them where they live · Family

Their calendar. Their inbox. Their messages.

Semperity doesn’t ask parents to download something or check a new inbox. The season subscribes into their own calendar — Apple, Google, Outlook — in one tap. Announcements reach them by calendar, email, and text once SMS is enabled. It shows up where their life already is.

Family view — their real calendar and messages, not a Semperity screen. Text delivery rolling out after carrier approval.

6For clubs

A backbone your whole club can stand on.

Every coach captures the same way. Every family hears a more consistent voice. And when a coach moves on, the player’s development story stays. Evaluations stop depending on which coach happens to be good at writing them. Nothing starts over.

7A real example

Five ten-second notes across a season — and the player readout they become. The coach approves what families see; raw notes stay coach-private.

What the coach said — ten seconds at a time

Sep 12“Rushed her first touch twice when she got pressed — lost it both times.”
Sep 26“Calmer tonight. Took one touch to settle before she passed.”
Oct 10“First touch under pressure — settled it, turned, found the open side.”
Oct 24“They pressed her hard all half. Stayed composed, barely lost the ball.”
Nov 7“Composure is a strength now. Settles it clean and makes a play.”

Raw notes stay coach-private, always.

What the family sees — after the coach approves it

How Maya is developing

I’ve been so impressed with Maya’s progress this season. Early on, I noticed she was sometimes rushing her first touch and could feel a bit of pressure when opponents were close, occasionally leading to losing possession.

Now, I’m seeing a wonderful improvement in her composure on the ball; she consistently looks calm even in high-pressure situations. Her first touch, especially under pressure, has truly become a strength for her, allowing her to settle the ball cleanly and confidently turn to make a play.

The coach reviews and approves every readout before a family sees it — and the readout gets stronger as the season accumulates more real observations. Player and notes shown are fictional, from the demonstration team.

8Why it matters

The payoff · Family

It arrives as a message. It becomes a keepsake.

Nadia gets a message like any other. She taps it, and there’s her daughter — growing, in words she’ll keep. Right beside the same schedule she already lives by.

And next year’s coach inherits all of it — every pattern, every relationship, every story. Nothing starts over.
